Neo Hypolar Stois "Dolce Series"

The grinding sound is light, soft, and effective for high hardness workpieces, thin materials, and workpieces with low rigidity: "Neo-Hypo-Porous Series."

For many years, we have pursued the performance of grinding wheels by focusing on abrasive grains and high-strength bonds. The Dolce series features a new bond that acts more flexibly and softly, combined with a new grinding wheel that has the optimal size and amount of pores for high-hardness metal workpieces. The porosity rate is equivalent to the polar type "PT II" for soft materials. The grinding sound is light and soft, making it effective for high-hardness workpieces, thin materials, and workpieces with low rigidity. Additionally, the generation of heat is minimal, allowing for finer grain size settings than before. There are three types of abrasives: the high-performance "RZ type," the "SPW type" that can process materials from raw to hardened steel, and the "HW type," which is a mix of WA and GC.
